Do I need an app?
No. TapBack works through a simple QR scan using a smartphone camera.
What happens when someone scans a TapBack label?
The finder receives instructions to place the item in the school's lost-property area. The owner receives a private notification.
Can someone see my personal information?
No. Personal information is never displayed publicly.
Can I move a label to another item?
Yes. You can update your registered item at any time through your TapBack account.
Do I need TapBack Membership?
No. Your labels work on their own. Membership simply adds ongoing services and future benefits.
Can schools use TapBack?
Yes. TapBack is designed for both families and schools.
